Claims
We are ready to help you negotiate through the claims process. Claims should be reported as soon as you can after a loss occurs. In cases that occur late in the day, the next business day is acceptable. If the loss is significant, you may feel the need to speak with us after normal business hours. If that is the case, please call our regular telephone number (603-643-4540) and the answering service we utilize will locate one of our staff to speak to you.
You may also decide to use direct service on Personal Insurance new claims (Homes, Cars, Recreational Vehicles) and call many of the companies directly, 24 hours a day to report your claim. Here is a list of those companies and their direct telephone numbers;
